By purchasing products / services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound

by the following terms, conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), policies and notices stated


Please read these Terms of Service carefully before completing your purchase or order. If you

do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not purchase any

products or services provided by Ulloo42.


Our policy requires all items that requested through a partner or an Ulloo42 representative must

agree to a 50% non refundable deposit on a purchase order for security purposes. All sales are

final, therefore, if the order is cancelled by the client they willingly agree to forfeit their security

deposit and/or payment on purchase. The other half of the purchase must be received prior to

shipment or pick up in order to complete the transaction. An additional sales tax charge will be

added to your purchase to comply with established regulations of California state.

Products may have limited quantities, due to the fact, that many are antique pieces. We may be

able to replicate a similar design upon request, but there are no guarantees it will be exactly the

same framework. All SC art print is exclusively protected and trademarked. It may not be

replicated or mocked by any means. It is all original artwork of artist and creator, Suzanne


All of our products are handmade and art-cycled, this means that products created are subject

to minor imperfections. This is a standard of purchasing handcrafted pieces of art, accessories,

and furniture.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any

person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

For our wholesale orders, we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services

that we offer.

Wholesale purchases require 3 - 4 weeks lead time. Below you will find more

specifications on wholesale orders.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material

purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will

be corrected.

Ulloo42 is not liable for any toxic substances or chemicals our products may have that could

lead to illnesses stated in Prop 65. We are not responsible for any injury caused by our

packaging and shipping materials.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for ulloo42.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Placing Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
