Because of the many variables involved in shipping our items, Ulloo42 is unable to include shipping as part of the purchase price. However, for every confirmed purchase, we will assist you to obtain a customized quote from our recommended carrier, if you wish.

Quotes for shipping are determined by the carrier, based on item size, type, value, destination and special handling requirements. You will make your shipping contract directly with the carrier.

If you prefer to pick up the goods or to choose your own shipper, you are welcome to make your own arrangements to collect your order from our gallery, whether in person or by your nominated shipper.
In such cases, Ulloo42 will release the goods only on condition that payment has been made in full, and the customer has confirmed the shipper’s details and time of collection with a representative of Ulloo42, in writing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once we receive confirmation of your chosen shipping method (and the shipper confirms that payment has been made), your order will be dispatched within two business days.
Estimated arrival dates are determined by the chosen shipper and are not the responsibility of Ulloo42.
Ulloo42 and any shipping company used by us cannot guarantee timely package delivery when the delays are caused by weather conditions or other uncontrollable situations and Ulloo42 will not be responsible for any costs associated with such delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order, as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Following delivery, the removal and disposal of packaging materials, including pallets and skids, is the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise, directly with the shipping company. Ulloo42 is not responsible for any such arrangements.
LOSS & DAMAGE
Ulloo42 will ensure that goods are in perfect condition when handed over to the shipper for packing. Shipping is determined to begin as soon as the goods are handed to the shipper for packing, and Ulloo42 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during or after shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
CUSTOMS DUTY, TARRIFS & TAXES
Sales tax is applied at the checkout to all purchases, at the prevailing rate determined by the State of California.
Ulloo42 is not responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs that may be applied to your order for any reason. All tariffs, customs duty, taxes and other fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If shipping to another country, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
Ulloo42 is not responsible for failed or refused deliveries. In order to avoid failed deliveries, please be present for the delivery of your order.
If a delivery is failed or refused by the recipient, the order will be shipped back to our gallery. We reserve the right to deduct all related costs, including but not limited to return shipping, handling and taxes, from the payment previously received for the order.

Due to the nature of our products, sales are final on all furniture, lighting and custom-made items. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
