Maroc Star Chair

The unusually large and wide proportions of this very familiar “period” chair shape caught our eye. So we gave it a total makeover – and a complete character change – by covering it in two different African wax print fabrics, which we source from a trusted dealer in Europe. We hand-painted the wood frame in matte black, to emphasise the texture of the carving.

Reborn as a real statement piece, it’s very comfortable, and big enough to curl up in (unless you have very long legs 😉
