Designer Roland Mouret says, “Clothes hangers are the plastic straws of the fashion industry. ”So together with Netherlands based Arch & Hook https://archandhook.com/blue/, they have designed a clothes hanger named “Blue.”
Interior Designers are also coming up with ways to reduce waste.
@ulloo42.com we started with the idea of reusing existing furniture as a way of sustainably repurposing and up-cycling to give items a new life.
In Suzanne’s workshop, nothing goes to waste; magazines are cut up and used for collage art, fabric scraps make tote bags and jewelry pouches.
